Toronto-May 22nd, 2008- Caribbean lifestyle clothing brand; Bellemoun is proud to announce their sponsorship of this year’s Queen of the Islands Canada pageant contestant Jamie Lynell Ellis. The twenty-three year old contestant is representing the isle of St. Lucia, and appears on Bellemoun’s first print advertising campaign. Bellemoun’s founder, Karlyn Percil also a St.Lucian native and Toronto resident was impressed with Jamie Ellis’ poise and ambition that she decided to sponsor Ms. Ellis in her attempt to be crown on July 5th, 2008 at the Queen of the Islands Canada Pageant, taken place at Rembrandt Banquet Hall located at 930 Progress Avenue in Scarborough. Jamie Lynell Ellis
The St. Lucian beauty graduated from St. Joseph’s Convent Secondary School in 2001. Ms.Ellis is an avid volunteer with the Breast Cancer society and various children’s Orphanages. Her incredible personality and caring nature makes her a perfect role model for youth. Consistently always wanting to promote her Caribbean heritage and culture is in line with Bellemoun’s objective of celebrating Caribbean diversity and heritage.
