Harry Jerome Awards 09'

The 27th BBPA Harry Jerome Awards took place at The Toronto Congress Centre, on April 26th. The evening was a success!

The Harry Jerome Awards was established in memory of Harry Jerome, an outstanding African Canadian Olympic athlete, scholar and social advocate. The BBPA Harry Jerome Awards is an annual celebration of African Canadian Achievement that pays tribute to outstanding and inspirational African Canadians who are truly role models of excellence.

The award show was hosted by: Marci Len (News Anchor for Canada AM), 12 year old Justice Betty, and Sue Ann Mills.
