ERIN HUNT
Toronto singer-songwriter Erin Hunt writes timeless soul music - a rare achievement in this day and age.  Erin’s influences are found far and wide, from playing classical music as a child, to listening to her Dad’s jazz and folk records, to falling in love with the Bossa Nova.  Says Erin, "I strive to write songs that will touch people on an emotional level and stand the test of time.  As a songwriter, anything less than that, seems pretty pointless."
Says Grammy Award Winning producer/engineer/ mixer Ron Saint Germain about Erin Hunt:
"I have had the privilege of working with some truly amazing and talented female Artists in my 39+ years as a producer/engineer/mixer such as Aretha Frankin, Whitney Houston, Ashford & Simpson, Chaka Kahn, Diana Ross (to mention a few) and I can say, without hesitation, that ERIN HUNT has that SAME talent! I just mixed a single for her off her forthcoming album and I get the same chills that I have gotten on those hits I mixed for the aforementioned Divas. If you give a listen to her (self-penned) inspired song, “The Woman I Am” you will instantly hear what I am talking about. She isTHAT woman."

Along her musical journey Karen discovered lyrics and melodies, ultimately resonating with listeners' own personal experiences in powerful ways. Comfortable over a variety of sounds, Karen brings questions about AIDS and gun violence, stories of friendship and disappointment in relationships, and the presence of God's light and touch of destiny in all of us over a backdrop which ranges from jazzy instrumental to head-nodding soul, and even house.

LIYA
While singing at a local church back in late 2006 Liya caught the attention of Canadian rapper Promise and he was instantly taken away by her vocal sincerity.  Shortly after the pair met Liya began recording and it was one hot release after another.  First came her remake of Drake’s track, “Video Girl,” that aired on Flow 93.5.  Then in 2008 Liya released her debut self-titled mixtape.  Following that she delivered a remake of Estelle’s reggae track, “Come Over,” (Liya’s version called “Come Home”) that quickly became a fan favourite.  Liya has performed at Caribana, toured in the US with Toronto artist Ayah, and sung backup for Juno Award Nominee Kim Davis. Watch out for her song “Hold On” featuring Atlanta singer Sam Collier as part of the soundtrack for the TV movie “Double Wedding” by Tia and Tamara Mowry scheduled to air this summer on the Lifetime network. In May 2010 Liya hooked up with DJ Agile to release her first digital retail track and shoot the video for, “Focused,” which is also one of the songs expected to appear on forthcoming album due out early 2011.
Liya is a soulful R&B artist who knows all too well that life is never the same from one day to the next.  This Toronto born singer/songwriter is not interested in merely making a bunch of nice tracks, but rather she desires to make music that makes a difference. Liya’s music is sure to identify with any listener wherever they are at while helping them get to where they truly want to be.  Through her remarkable voice and touching lyrics she seamlessly amalgamates music with life and is able to reach the most distant of souls.  While others may just sing about love, Liya vocally creates it.

DJ TASHA ROZEZ / GUNZ N ROZEZ
If looks could kill, Gunz N Rozez, the female sound system from Toronto, Canada, would ‘done the place’ as they say in the Jamaican dancehall. But in the heated atmosphere of the sound system business, looks alone don’t kill, music does, and Gunz N Rozez, led by Tasha Rozez, has the trophy and the skills to prove it. In addition to bragging rights to go with the first ever Female Sound Clash Champion trophy (2002) on the shelf, and crucial combinations with Kardinall Offishall (“Bad Like We Bad”) and Wio-k (“Footloose”) on the airwaves, Tasha’s smooth mixing and mastery of a sharp lyrical flow put Gunz N Rozez on a different level. Armed with custom songs from world renowned artists, a warrior’s mentality and feminine mystique, Gunz N Rozez performances are as diverse as Tasha’s talents. The three-time DJ Stylus award nominee in her hometown of Toronto, Rozez is also one of the most travelled and sought after DJs out of Canada. Numerous tours through Asia, the United States, Caribbean and Europe have translated into features on MTV Europe and Canada’s equivalent, Much Music. With a new Gunz N Rozez mix and a new combination on the horizon (stay tuned for more information about that) come see what all the buzz is about.
